The parking and driving of vehicles at the Motor Inn is at your own risk. From the entrance on Tamborine Street the speed limit is strictly 5KPH. Please respect this as pedestrians and children are always present. Parking is permitted on the roadway except for periods not exceeding 15 minutes for the unloading of passengers and luggage.

Working late last night, I decided to save myself the hassle and time of driving back to Brisbane, only to turn around after a few hours of sleep to dive back to the Gold Coast for an early start. I made a late booking with Camden Motor Inn through Booking.com. The Camden Motor Inn's manager Tony was very responsive to my late check-in/booking request and the booking was approved within minutes.

I do not recommend them yes they have a policy but really we had a covid lockdown then an unexpected accident we contacted them and they assured us they wouldn't debit our card next day they debited full price from my mother's card who by the way is a pensioner. I find this disgraceful and not right.

Absolute worst customer service. I have never experienced so much lack of understanding. They care more about money than keeping continual service. I’d steer clear.
RE your response: compassion goes a long way. I would of understood if I had booked a day or so prior but it was only a couple hours prior. I explained what had happened and you weren't interested in listening. I suggested to move the booking two weeks later, that way you still get your money (and we would probably book again in the future) but again, you weren't interested. Regardless of what the issue was, customer focus is not

Glenda & I were looking for Motel that was close to enough to see Tina Arena at Star Gold Coast. Well Camden is perfect it is 7 minutes from the Casino, Pacific Fair. The new owners who have been there for six months were very helpful & help us to get the casino by suggesting an Urber which was 10 to 12 dollars. The family room we had was very… comfortable & clean, The Gold Coast beaches are at the end of street. If we required overnight or weekend accommodation we would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the part in making our Gold Coast weekend so enjoyable. Regards
