We have a passion for helping women achieve a healthy happy lifestyle whilst managing the day-to-day activities of being a mother, or a mother-to-be.

Whether you are wanting to run a marathon, tone-up, lose weight or increase your fitness, MAC Personal Training is here to help. Cameron is available for training Monday - Saturday from 5am - 8pm.
Cameron Handley is the man behind MAC Personal Training. A qualified Personal Trainer with Certificates III and IV in fitness, he has always enjoyed living a fit and healthy lifestyle. He is enthusiastic about his job and thrives on challenging clients to achieve their maximum potential. Personally, Cameron loves all types of endurance training and can often be found competing in triathlons over summer.
Participants experience a range of cardio, resistance, and team orientated exercises to ensure you get the most from each session. All equipment is provided for your exercise convenience and best of all, it doesn't matter what you fitness level is - all exercises are modified to suit all abilities.
MACPT understands that the fast-paced world we work and live in, can often lead to stressed and under-performing staff. As a result, it is imperative for companies to find ways to improve employee performance and maximise potential productivity. The importance of having a strong working relationship between employees cannot be overestimated.
Our aim is to assist mothers achieve fitness goals and a healthy lifestyle with a combination of exercise and healthy eating. Our program is designed for everyday mothers and provides an exercise program that caters for all fitness levels. We provide one on one and group sessions in the studio to enable mothers to bring their children along to the sessions.

Cam at Mac PT provides an amazing service, he cares about his clients, caters to their physical and mental needs and has continued to find ways to keep his clients training throughout 2021. With both group and individual training available he provides the best needs for the individual.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
Cannot fault MACpt, I recently joined and was also in the early stages of pregnancy. Not only did cam make training as progressively hard to get the best results he also made Sue it was extremely safe. I have tried gyms, F45 and a few more all of which have been good but none have been as beneficial, challenging and as enjoying as this.

Mac PT is a great studio, they do small numbers or individual training, well fitted out with all the things you could need. Cam moved very quickly to deliver services online during Covid and continues to support my personal fitness and strength goals. Cam is very committed to his clients and encourages a well rounded training program. Would recommend Cam and his team if you need a personalised service and someone that cares about your goals and can build a plan to get you there.
