Approximatley 8 months ago i suffered a shattered plateau tibia. 13 screws a steal plate and intence phyisiotherapy was now my life.
I was later diagnosed with Complex regional pain syndrome, a Nuero mild to severe random pain to my legs.
Months of pain killers helped, but wasnt my answer for a long term recovery. I reached out to Sports Optimum… after reading reviews and recomendations.
My initial booking was for remedial massage, Marlon identified my concerns and we completed a breathwork session. Never in a million years would i have believed the intence , emotional, uplifting and relieving

I’ve known Marlon for over 20 plus years and is one of the nicest person you would come across. My mum has been in pain for over 2 months with sharp pains running down her leg until yesterday l saw Marlon who done his magic on my mum and is in much better then the other day we’re she was in tears from her pains thanks again Marlon appreciate your work and gift gentleman 💪🏼

Marlon is from far the best Personal Trainer!
He is very professional, he takes the time to listen to you and explain what is the best for you and why.
I have been injured in a car accident a few years ago and was unable to do any kind of sport after the incident. Too bad for me because I was training myself to run the next Melbourne Marathon. I have tried for many years different things to get better such as Osteopathy, Yoga, Pilate, Swimming..etc but my low back and all my left side of my body (arm/leg) were sore. I put on weight and started to feel uncomfortable with my own body.

Marlon, Thank you, thank you for the treatment yesterday. I had woken up two mornings running with very sore neck and lower back pain. After 3 years of struggling with lower back pain Marlon is the first person to really help me. He educated me more then any doctor, physiotherapist, chiropractors could. I came in to see Marlon 3 days before a footy grandfinal thinking I was unable to play due to a strain in my hamstring from the previous week. Marlon was able to get me up and playing in the grandfinal which couldnt of made me happier. He is incredibely professional and obviously an expert in his field. I highly recommend seeing Marlon

I did a series of personal training sessions with Marlon and during this time I lost weight, gained strength and had so much more energy! Marlon is extremely professional and tailored a training session to my individual needs.
