The GRIPT Studio was opened in 2014 on the basis of providing solutions to the problems that we had identified in the industry. Then, it was Commercial Gyms' low level of care towards their members, and Personal Trainers who treated their clients like a transaction.
Now it is the saturation of the market with a low cost, low value franchise model, which prioritises the quantity of franchise fees collected, over the quality of coaching and training delivered.We believe in delivering you with value by remaining committed to innovation towards your experience with us, in and outside of the studio.

Training at GRIPT is about utilising a training program that reflects your goal in the most efficient and effective way possible. We will then recommend what training program will be most effective for you - Personal Training, Small Group Weight Training or Group Training. Your coach will plan, program, and measure your training on our digital platform to ensure you are making progress each session.
The days of weight loss challenges, making sacrifices, being restrictive and punishing your body to gain a heathy lifestyle are over. At GRIPT it's about rewarding, nourishing and appreciating your body by prioritising your health. Lane is our qualified nutritionist in the studio, and through consultation she will gain an understanding of your current lifestyle, and the one that you want to create for yourself.
By making recovery a part of your routine, it will allow you to perform better in, and outside of the studio. To help you boost your recovery the studio is home to an Infrared Sauna which helps to minimise muscle soreness, improves circulation, detoxification, and decreases stress levels. The Infrared Sauna is an opportunity to disconnect from the rigours of daily life, and spend some time focusing on yourself on a recovery day.
Our Volumize women trained up to a 1 rep max over a 8 week period to prepare for testing day which was completed under the supervision of GRIPT Head Coach Jack Boon and Coach Nate Kennedy. Escape the workplace and immerse your team in everything health, fitness and mindfulness in the GRIPT studio. We offer 6 distinct training styles in the studio that all work towards achieving different results.

I have been training at GRIPT for nearly 2 years now. It’s one of the best gyms I have been to. The trainers are all amazing, with a wealth of knowledge on nutrition and how to perfect your techniques. All the classes from energize to volumize really work every part of your body.

Nic is fantastic in Training the girls in our weight sessions. He is spot on with technique and a genuinely lovely guy.

I've trained powerlifting for years, and wanted to up the ante and learn Olympic weightlifting. I've been training weightlifting with Nic McWilliams for a number of months now and my progress has been incredible (he is an absolute gun)! I also totally recommend taking advantage of the conditioning classes offered. I've never had such a personalized experience in a class before, the whole team are super knowledgeable and passionate.
