Tony Truong has been a baker and pastry chef since he was 18 years old - he was taught by his father whom worked with bakers in France and Vietnam.
He's passion and appreciation for good food and all things handmade has be rewarded recently with Silver and Bronze at the Sydney Royal 2019 Fine Food Show. Handmade on site using seasonal, fresh ingredients, from 48 hour sourdoughs to beautiful, buttery, slowly fermented pastries using Pepe Saya cultured butter.
