My family and I rented from Charles and his team for a period of around seven years or so. Never in my many years of renting across the country, have I come across such a genuine, efficient, no BS real estate agent. The lines of communication were always open, they returned phone calls promptly and dealt with all maintenance issues very quickly.
I agree that Charles can be forthright and calls a spade a shovel but once you get to know how he operates and his sense of humour, help will always be at hand even at night or on weekends if required.

I cannot recommend Charles and his team enough. I (like someone else below) was saddened to read the negative reviews; I have rented through Charles and his team for the last 3 and a half years and every time there's been an issue or I've needed to check something he's always been helpful and easy to reach. The team were great in rectifying any issues and it was refreshing to be able to pick up and phone and have genuine and honest conversation with Charles if I had any questions; I think that's the real benefit of renting through a small, local company. This is honestly the best real estate I have rented through. Charles and his team are honest and give you no a BS attitude. It is refreshing to have a real estate group that feel honest and real, so many these days are just a terror to rent with. Charles has been nothing but kind and friendly to me and my partner during our renting period, and I hope to continue renting with them for as long as I can. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Charles and his team are great. We rented a property through his agency for over 7 yrs. Our requests were dealt with promptly and fairly. We really felt Charles had our back, and looked after our interests as tenants, rather than just the landlords. He is extremely honest, which you don't always get in real estate, and a very funny man. Charles tells it like it is, and we thoroughly appreciated that throughout our dealings with the agency. We loved having Charles as our agent. If more agents were like him, there would not be a widespread reputation for dishonesty in the real estate world.

Charles and the team are great. We just vacated our rental property after the 6 month lease was up. Like many of you, I was initially a little concerned by the reviews I had seen but Charles was SO easy to deal with, would reply to my emails instantly and if anything went wrong at the property he had a tradesman there within 24 hours. I would definitely rent through Fre again. My advice, take every review you see with a grain of salt because we were pleasantly surprised!!
