I spent 8k for a guy (David) to send me some links and then abuse me. DO NOT RECOMMEND - BUYER BEWARE!
I enlisted Davids services to find a commercial property. We started service in September. Davids words; "I'm the man who never gives up". He gave up in November in less than 2 months.
I was looking for a property that would be suitable for my business, David provided one off-market opportunity which wasn't at all suitable for my needs. The rest were all links that were forwarded to me from mailing lists I was already subscribed too eg Teska Carson, Ryder Commerical, Fitzoys etc - I know this
