We at Fit Ash F believe in the methodology of CrossFit but have become frustrated at the number of pain or injuries that can all too often come with it. Especially as we believe the majority of these are avoidable with appropriate screening and scaling. Help athletes get the most from workouts without worsening existing issues (smart scaling).
