The tipping point for me was the fact that I no longer fit any of my clothes that I had and I refuse to buy bigger size clothing. I also lack a lot of self-confidence and it was affecting. He guided me through his step by step coaching program which not only helped me lose the weight that I wanted - but helped me regain strength back from my broken arm.

I've had buckets of personal trainers over the years but Peter is absolutely exceptional. I'm a doctor so I feel obliged to take my own fitness seriously, since I should practice what I preach. I had been doing alright for a while, but then my weight was creeping up over the years, I'd stopped running and cycling, and I wasn't getting anywhere with weight loss.

I am a professional in my early 40's - I was fit and was regularly running and swimming and doing triathlons, but I wasn't able to make changes to my body composition. I exercised and ate well, but as a vegetarian I struggled to get enough protein and I didn't really know what I was doing in regards to food. I had the added obstacle of a bad back, which used to flare up regularly and after surgery I was not supposed to lift over 18kg. I wanted to build muscle and reduce fat, but had no idea how to do that as a vegetarian with back issues. I hadn't used a trainer or coach before, but did some searching

My story starts about two years ago when I would randomly do searches trying to find a good PT. The results were always so overwhelming and i just kept putting it off. It was by chance that a good friend recommended Peter to me and after seeing his results I decided to go for it ... and I can tell you that I regret nothing. I started with Peter over a month ago after researching body transformations, and it has been a fantastic experience to be trained by Peter. In the short time I've been training with Peter, I've noticed considerable changes to my body. Not only was Peter helpful in correcting me on proper techniques during my training, he was also very knowledgeable in educating me on the types of food to eat and how the body works.
