I founded my business in July of 2013 after being a stay at home mum and working part-time in our family business of 20 years. I decided it was time to follow my passion and pursue a career in the fitness industry.

My group training sessions are an effective and enjoyable way to get fit and feel wonderful no matter what your fitness level is. Sessions include cardio, boxing and weights and I provide support and nutritional advice to my clients constantly. My primary motivation is to help you achieve your goals.
