Bannockburn Veterinary Clinic

I have been taking my 2 year old pup in for arthritis to Dr Kylie and have spent a good amount of money here getting him back to good health. Due to health issues I have an exemption for a mask. I was refused to be allowed inside the vet and told to wait outside. The vet was very aggressive telling me to get off my phone and listen to him stepping… towards me. After I explained I have been here a number of time and never had an issues. He told me to book again but if I get him he will refuse again. I’ve never been spoken to so horribly. I was also refused when asked to have my information

Registered my dog there, took him for a check up. Will not allow prescriptions to be issued for elsewhere, other vets will. Will price gauge you 4 times the amount at their prices, despite I can get his medication for a quarter of the price. Will not use this Vets again. Do not recommend.

Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to assessing my guinea pig. Very happy with my experience and not as pricey as I was fearing. Would recommend

I thought they were good at first but it depends on which Vet you get to see I think. 2 months later and a lot of fees & medication, my dog has side effects from treatment with no resolution to his original problem. You put your trust in their expertise, but I have been disappointed,and will have to come back for yet another anther fee and medication. I just want my dog to be well :-(

I called into this surgery for the first time today and was very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff, and also by the lovely vet Doctor Lucy. This clinic has a very homely feel to it, and my little dog, who normally gets hysterical when she has to see the doctor, was quite calm and happy for the whole visit. Surprisingly reasonable bill, considering the amount of time we were there as well as the medications she was prescribed. Thanks all. We appreciate the effort. Highly recommended.

I've taken my pets here since i was little, all the staff are lovely and take such good care of my puppies and the cat! Seeing people who genuinely love animals and care for yours is a big green flag :)

Thank you for looking after my dogs while I was away. I never like leaving them in kennels but I knew they would be looked after. If anyone finds a green Black Dog lead in the car park could you please hand it in at the surgery. When loading three happy Kelpies in the car I may have dropped it. It was won by my all time favourite dog Ruff in an agility competition so it's a bit special to me. I wouldn't have minded losing one of the others.

So grateful to Bannockburn Vets! Would not take our dogs anywhere else. The way they took care of my dog Thompson was amazing. Such kind workers, it is clear they genuinely do care for all animals. Could not be more thankful. Highly recommend!
