James Chalmers and Andrew Reece are the directors of the business and together have established a solid team of over 28 professionals with a strong focus on your property management needs. Despite their large team the transparency and structure of the business ensures every investor receives that special service with their individual portfolios.
Chelsea is our Director of Administration who has recently purchased her first investment property. After moving from her childhood home town in north-west NSW, Chelsea has developed a passion for the beach and good shopping - which Brisbane serves up in abundance. Partner who grew up in Cairns before obtaining an engineering degree from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Management while working in the computer industry.

NOTE: If the problem is an Emergency Repair as defined in your Tenancy Agreement please first telephone your Property Manager, if they do not answer it is important that you leave a detailed message on their voicemail. After you have left a message, you can make direct contact with the Emergency Repairer listed on your individual tenancy agreement, as different properties may have different Emergency Repairers.
