I have recently purchased a house whereby Sonya was the agent. As the property was off market, she initiated contact with us and suggested that the property might be right for us. She was right. Throughout the purchasing process Sonya was fantastic, keeping us updated regularly, liaising between us and the vendor and making sure the purchase went as smoothly as possible. We shopped around quite a bit before selecting an agent and choosing Liz. In the end she more than delivered on the price she'd forecast and set us up well to buy our next house. As a local she knows the area/market very well. Liz was easy to work with, quick with communication and she handled offers in a way which we think made it easier for us and the buyers.
