At this time of year being the very busy Xmas Period 2021 it is always refreshing to communicate with and discuss rental issues with this company. Now going into my second year of renting in Albion in a multi story complex I have found both parties, Lauren and Daphne extremely professional to deal with. Further to this I would highly recommend to people trying to rent a property to approach Rental Results because:

Poor real estate, incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, failed to rectify serious issues in a timely manner, such as a faulty stove, cockroach problem, and attempt to force me (the tenant) to pay for these issues.
In my opinion and experience, Daphne is quite rude and unresponsive with any issues I had brought forward, yet is quite demanding when she requires something.
Would recommend using any else.

I am a landlord. I have switched from my previous agent to Rental results to manage my property for quite a few years now. I am so happy with their professional standard. They know the legislation back to front giving me the maximum protection and return. At the same time they work and liaise with my tenant in a professional manner to maintain a harmonized landlord/tenant relationship which means more return from my investment. While we were tenants they were happy to inconvenience us and send numerous entry notices that they weren't meant to under the rules outlined by the RTA. After pulling them up on these twice we were told we were not being offered a lease renewal with no grounds, a coincidence I'm sure...
After moving out they held our bond up and were completely unresponsive for a month until I asked the RTA dispute resolution service to issue a notice of unresolved dispute. Of course after I asked for that they managed to get a quote for repairs to me in minutes.
They didn't get anything deducted from our bond
