I recently rented a property in the inner city. Tony fielded questions about the property promptly and made the application process run very smoothly. Tony ensured both myself and cotenant who work opposing hours had a piece of mind. We submitted our application . During lockdown inspected the property while adhering to all COVID-19 restrictions. He worked around the clock and made this stressful process during the lockdown a delightful experience. Five stars for Tony's customer service. We've just moved out of a rental property managed by Cheers, and found them excellent. Michelle, our property manager was easy to deal with. Helpful, prompt and responsive. Maintenance requests were sorted quickly and she got straight onto the search for new tenants when we needed to break the lease, which helped us minimise costs. We're really pleased with the service we got from Cheers.

I recently rented a property with Tony of Cheers and we are very happy with his service. He always replied to all our concerns, even on a Sunday and 9 Pm on a weekday. Tony was very professional & super active. He deserves a pay rise for sure. One of the best PMs I have ever met. My wife and I have worked with Ben, his brother Danny and now Vera Lin in sourcing Tenants for us over the last 5 or 6 years.
