Q. Do you require a health screen? A. Yes! Prior to the commencement of your first training session you will be required to complete a health screening. Literally this trainer is the most positive, encouraging trainer I have every had. His knowledge base is exceptional and he recently curated and tailored a programme for me to do even while I was in a moon boot following surgery. He has focused on both the areas I want to improve but also my overall strength and fitness. I look forward to training twice a week now in a fun and friendly atmosphere which is also challenging me to improve. Highly recommended.
