At moov personal training we challenge conventional training by taking you back to basic, fundamental movement to help you develop well beyond what you thought was possible. We support you along the way to make sure you build a deeper understanding of your body and how to get the best from it.
Our initial movement assessment will enable us to see how you're moving and iron out any issues that come up as a result of previous or current injury or poor movement habits.We treat the body as a WHOLE and not the individual parts, you can see this in our training methods.

Mary moved to Adelaide in 2009 after spending 12 years prior in the UK. A born & bred South African she is not afraid of hard work. She graduated from Northumbria University in the UK with a Physiotherapy Degree and then headed to Adelaide.
With several years of Physiotherapy experience under her belt she decided to pursue a career in personal training & movement rehabilitation, setting up her own business as a rehab trainer getting people out of pain and moving better!Mary is a passionate individual who goes out of her way for her clients & continues to educate herself on a daily basis in order to offer the most up to date services whilst achieving the best results.

You will be under the guidance of a physiotherapist qualified personal trainer who will assess your current movement ability and any specific movements you'd like to be looked at.
At moov personal training we encourage you to promote fitness and well-being. If you have a friend or family member who would like to train with you, this makes personal training a lot more affordable. Train with up to a group of 3 people. What to expect: You will each need to go through our 45minute initial assessment to get a full body assessment and medical/injury history.
We've been working with Mary in a 2:1 PT session for 3 months and we've been super happy with every aspect of the program. Mary creates very personalised programs for each of us based on our needs. We’ve been working with Mary in a 2-1 PT session for 3 months and we have been super happy with every aspect of the program. Mary creates very personalised programs for each of us based on our needs. It still amazes me how much fitness plays a big part in my daily life and how much it continues to help my body especially getting my right side (weaker side) to move in ways it’s never done before.
I love how Mary comes up with different movements, exercises, breathing techniques which all work together. - some I would of never thought of trying.
Continuing to achieve goals that I’ve had for a long time and the thrill I get from that just brings so much joy to me.
