Push Your Limits helps people in Adelaide shape up and get fitter, stronger and healthier. Our Personal Trainer is with you all the way, anywhere, anytime. We have since grown to mobile pt and online pt, allowing anyone the flexibility and convenience of support, health and fitness anywhere and anytime.

What can Push Your Limits Personal Training do for you? We specialise in several services including weight loss, functional training, nutrition and trigger point therapy. I have been working with Justin for over 12 months now. When I first started training my general fitness was not good and my 5km runs were well over 45 mins. I do one PT session, One to Two Group fitnesses classes and park run each week and now my general fitness is great and my PB time for 5km run is 35:17.Justin is very professional and knowledgeable, and always works with me even when I have injuries. Looking forward to the next 12 months.

As a competitive squash player I joined one of my team mates in combined squash coaching sessions with Justin almost one year ago. We saw immediate improvement in the targeted areas and have recently moved to individual sessions to work on our overall game and fitness. I am a 60 yr old ex serving ANZAC soldier who after spending 25 yrs serving and to date have been retired from the system for now 18yrs. There are a number of lectures that we as service men and women go through to ensure a smooth transition into civilian life. There was one such lecture that has stuck in memory which was on your health and well-being after you leave the military and this was and I quote :( if you don't keep yourself in good physical condition once you leave the system your life expectancy was around eight years) . I feel have generally done so but yes things have slipped a little

I can’t express how grateful I am for PYTPT. I first got in contact with Justin in 2018 with the goal of loosing weight and was very happy to have reached that goal when we first began. Unfortunately following this, I went through a difficult time with my mental health yet, Justin remained a close confidant and great support throughout the years even when I was not training regularly with him. Justin has a wonderful way of anticipating what his clients needs, whether it be fitness, nutrition or general health. I started doing group PT sessions with Push your Limits and can I say I feel like I'm getting stronger within every session I achieve. Justin helped me with my plantar fascists which I had for over a year. I was unable to walk and was going to a large physio company for over 6 months and paying hundreds of dollars on therapy and treatment. Justin spotted me at the local gym and talked to me about my issues. He recommended trigger point therapy for me. I wasn't too keen as nothing had helped so far. So I gave it a try. Well!!!! It worked!!! I only had three sessions and was now walking 5km a day again. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me. I'm now walking 10km every Sunday pain free. I'm a believer now. Justin is an experienced personal training who is extremely knowledgeable and very committed to helping his clients achieve their goals. He is patient, kind and encouraging. I have been having weekly PT sessions with Justin at my gym since April 2019. I needed help with rehab following a knee injury as well as motivation and variety in my workouts. He has provided this and is very attuned to my fitness needs, adapting our sessions to ensure I’m ‘pushed’ enough.
