The owners Chris and Faye were lovely. There rooms are big enough to accommodate big families and a entertainment area of BBQ and a swimming pool. What ever your needs for your family they have it, Prams, Mattresses, Baby Cots and much much more. Our rooms was like a holiday at a new home it was so comfortable and relaxing. They are close to everything its a holiday with luxury. Affordable at its best. Dont miss out. Try it for your next holidays you wont regret it.

Stayed here from 1st to 8th July 2018 with my wife and two daughters.
The apartment was very clean and tidy and the facilities, washing machine, dryer, kitchen etc were great.
Pool was great.
Very close to Broadbeach shopping area and restaurants, maybe 2 minutes walk.
A couple of minutes walk to the wonderful beach.
Only 25mins drive to the theme parks.
Tram just around the corner.
Will definately stay here again great facility and great location.

An excellent place to stay .No traffic noise .Central to shopping, beach and public transport.Lovely friendly owners.Apartments are well set out, great showers and a beaut kitchen with all cooking needs.Everything so clean. Has secure parking.Had an enjoyable stay here whilst on the Gold Coast and will definitely stay here again. Grandkids certainly enjoyed the swimming pool. Thank you Le Lavandou for a wonderful holiday.

The owner was very nice, friendly, and helpful, the location was good and there at parking included, unfortunately these are unserviced apartments. We stayed in apartment 1 for 5 nights, the room didn't get cleaned during this time but I'm not sure if that was included, the apartment was clean when we arrived however we had an issue with bed bugs (my partner got bitten a few times in the bed, we asked the owner to replace the bedding, she washed it all then we didn't have any problems). The apartment was in good repair however the taps leaked a little unless they were heavily tightened. The kitchen

It seems the owners have only done the absolute minimum for what's required to be provided. For such minor things, they could have made all the difference for the comfort of our stay. Instead of relaxing in comfort we were occupied with finding places to buy laundry and toilet items or how we were going to keep the room cool overnight.

We booked a week long stay as a short family vacation and we were going to the AFL game between Suns and Geelong. Fantastic location to the Broadbeach eateries and shopping precinct. Also an easy stroll to Pacific Fair, Convention Centre, and Sizzler! Rooms are clean and tidy, great pool. Faye was amazingly helpful at checkin - and super friendly! Loving our stay here!
