My partner and I stayed over the New Year break at St Tropez, we were very pleased with our stay. Comfortable and clean decently sized room, with all the bits and pieces you need for your stay. Only a stone throw away from Cavil Avenue and shops, plus buses were also about 5 min walk which was handy when going to the theme parks!

Fantastic location as it is an easy walk to everything in Surfers Paradise. Staff are very friendly, organised and professional. A great nights sleep as the bed was soooo comfortable. The older style apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Considering you are in the heart of night clubs the resort was so quiet and peaceful which shocked us. If you are looking for an ocean view there is none however you have a beautiful view of well kept gardens. The beach is a short walk through the Cavill mall. We have no hesitation in recommending this resort to you as we will definitely be back to stay

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the Gold Coast. Perfect location, beautiful setting, great prices! The staff were lovely and helped us out very much, laying out everything very clear and providing us with 2 keys and access to all the amenities. Our room was a budget 1 bedroom apartment, paying under $200 for 2 nights. It had a full kitchenette, lounge-room, balcony, bedroom, laundry and bathroom with shower, and small back porch area. The bed was comfortable and well kept, and the room was simplistic, modern and overall very homely and warm. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for helping

Apart from the very great location in the city, this apartment is terrible. for the wifi we have to sign in everyday and they don't even work 90% of the time. basement parking space is so tight and can only handle one car going in or out at a time. also so many extra charges for very small things. air con also doesn't reach the bedroom so had to sleep on the sofa.

Great location right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Rooms are clean and comfortable with free 500mb wifi per day, secure lock up parking, full kitchen, Foxtel and a lush pool area.
I rated it 4 stars, because if your room is facing Orchid Ave, the nightclubs and clubbers can be a bit noisy on the weekends until the venues close at 4am.

From the moment we booked the staff were friendly, bright and bubbly. We arrived after hours and the check in system was easy, with free security parking underground. We were upgraded to a renovated room for the price of a basic one bedroom room, and staff were friendly both in reception and while passing in the gardens. The landscape is perfect, with gardens surrounding the pool area and the rooms overlooking. The location is close to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer, and you aren't battling crowds or long elevator wait times like in the high rises. We would stay here again in future and

Great location, well-priced and staff are friendly and helpful. It's like an oasis in the middle of Sufers. If you're facing the inside, the view is of palm trees and a pool. This is a great option if you're happy to cook and clean for yourself, it has everything you should need. If you're wanting a fancy bathroom and fresh towels every day this probably isn't the place for you.

My friends and I recently stayed at this hotel, we had booked over the phone and was offered a special deal for a cheap rate room that had not been upgraded. The lovely and helpful receptionist Amanda explained to us before arrival that this room an older room that had not been up graded. When we arrived the receptionist staff were very helpful and fast with getting us sorted and into our room as soon as possible, they clearly explained everything that we needed to know so that our stay was hassle free.
