At OzSquad we don't believe in before and after photos, crash diets or weight loss challenges. We help shake up stale exercise routines, increase daily activity and always encourage a bit of friendly banter too. Join us for varied outdoor bootcamp classes each week, which include cardio, strength, conditioning, boxing, yoga, HIIT and much more.

There's no need to book in advance, members just turn up to any session - we're super flexible. Choose from one session a week, two sessions a week or unlimited session membership types. We host regular social events, including extra runs, challenges, ocean swims & beers. Members can also access virtual bootcamp classes.

You won't find any of us posing for a work-out Instagram selfie and we don't give a damn what you look like! We help shake up stale exercise routines, increase daily activity and always encourage a bit of friendly banter too.
She's a great trainer, really encouraging and caters to all fitness levels in her group sessions. She also organises social occasions and teams for sports events outside of group training, so it's a great way to meet other Manly locals and have fun. Would definitely (and do!) recommend OzSquad to my friends.
Join us for varied outdoor classes each week, which include cardio, strength, conditioning, boxing, yoga, HIIT and much more. There's no need to book in advance, members just turn up to any session - we're super flexible. Find us on the grass or sand opposite 104 North Steyne, Manly Beach. Just north of where Pine Street meets the beach, and the North Steyne Surf Lifesaving Club.
We continuously run events throughout the year for members - we use a private members only Facebook group for session updates, extra runs/challenges/swims/beers outside of sessions and organise stuff through our events pages too. Join us for as many as you can. As Manly's most social bootcamp we aim to give you plenty of reasons to get out, be active and meet new people!
After your free trial, membership works on a monthly basis. Payment is in advance on the 1st of the month and gives you access to all OzSquad classes, socials and events. There is no need to book in or nominate which session you will come to, just rock up each week when it suits you. Varied outdoor bootcamp classes which include cardio, strength, conditioning, boxing, yoga, HIIT and much more.

Carly and the OzSquad team are excellent trainers and make exercising everyday enjoyable! The face-to-face sessions are fantastic and the transition to a virtual format during the Sydney COVID-19 lockdown(s) was seamless. You get so much more than just a boot camp, with Carly also tirelessly organising a multitude of fun challenges and social activities throughout the year.

If you're looking to train infront of epic sunrises, feel challenged, break a sweat with every session, improve your running, have a variety of activities to choose from with a side of fun social activities then OzSquad is the place!
My fitness has increased substantially in the year and a half Ive been there. I went from not being a runner to completing a 26kms trail run , which was huge for me!
Carly and the team have also been amazing over the lockdown periods, finding fun and unique ways to keep us all moving!
Can't recommend the team and it's members enough!

Fantastic group of people to train with. What really sets it apart is how Carly makes it such a strong social community with lots of other non-fitness activities throughout the year. Has to be one of the funnest training environment ive been part of.

Highly recommend OzSquad. I joined 5 months ago specifically to get fit for climbing Mont Blanc in France. I've been going to the classes 3-4 times a week for those 5 months and I can safely say I'm the fittest I've ever been and as fit as I used to be when I was in the British Army. I prefer the morning classes which are well timed at 6am leaving… enough time to get to work. I find the instructors the best. Both Carly and Lindsay are true professionals, knowledgeable and friendly. They are not like your typical gung-ho fitness instructors you see at Manly which makes them brilliantly unique

I can’t recommend OzSquad highly enough. Great to exercise outside in such an amazing location, but best of all are the great trainers. Carly takes the time to really understand what everyone wants to get out of the sessions, which of course can vary quite a bit person by person.
I also found the people who go to OzSquad to be really welcoming and there are plenty of extra activities you can choose do with the group (or not) to get to know each other better e.g. rock climbing, stand up paddle boarding.
Overall a great place to go to exercise!

Before joining OzSquad, I hadn't run further than 10km. I'm writing this fresh off the back of completing my first ultra marathon - the UTA 50 in the Blue Mountains. I've been training with Carly & OzSquad for 3 years and I can honestly say I've never known a trainer to go above & beyond as much as Carly does. She leads by example in her fitness & her commitment to helping her OzSquaders achieve their goals is second to none. Join OzSquad and you'll meet some awesome people, get fit whilst having fun, and you might just achieve what you thought was 'unachievable'.

I have never got such great results from my excercise as I do now from Carlys' sessions.
The sessions are really varied the people are great and the sun rise over the ocean doesn't hurt. I would not hesitate to recommend guys and girls of all fitness levels to give Ozsquad a go.

I am 'from' Manly. I started with OzSquad's 'Learn to Run' course. The first roaming boot camp I did, I thought I was going to chunder. I didn't. My husband trialled it; 'boot camps aren't for me'
I stuck it out with with running course; from hating running, I finished a half marathon!
Three years later: Ozsquad is such a part of our lives - it's helped us to push ourselves physically and has been a way to make friends in Manly.
Despite a serious injury which has meant I can't participate, Ozsquad has been there for me and I've been referred to the best clinicians for the job at every stage

On moving to Manly a year ago, joining OzSquad was one of the best things I've done here. It's a fun and easy way to keep fit, keep social and to never miss another Manly sunrise! Running, bootcamp, strength, yoga and personal training, there's definately something to suit everyone come join the squad!

Can't recommend Oz Squad highly enough! Not only is it brilliant exercise - every session is different so lots of choice every day - it's also really social with awesome activities at the weekends! Carly and her fabulous team have taken me from being unable to run for 5 mins to 50kms through the blue mountains! The group is friendly and supportive and the trainers cater to all fitness and abilities levels

Training with OzSquad is an amazing experience! It's the best mornings of the week even if the alarm goes off very early. It's not only great work out that will get you in shape it will also give you spectacular views of Manly and new friends that always are ready for an outdoor activity involving sweat and hard work any day and time of the week. You just gotta love it!

Would definitely (and do!) recommend Oz Squad to my friends. Carly is a great coach and there is lots of variety to her classes, I have been attending for nearly a year and no two classes have been the same. The classes are suitable for all fitness levels and everyone is really friendly!
