Kate has over 20 years' experience in the health and wellness industry. Owning and running personal training studios, life coaching and teaching guided meditations. She regularly practices what she preaches with keeping fit, meditating, and is continually learning and gaining more insights into herself and others.
Lifestyle Fitness Mobile Personal Training makes exercise fun, convenient and time efficient by offering mobile personal training at a location the suits you. Our mobile personal trainers work across the lower North Shore and the CBD. Some clients thrive on exercising outdoors in the fresh air, so we regularly train these clients at local parks, beaches, and sporting grounds.
Two clients with one trainer, these sessions are customised to suit individual needs so you don't have to be at the same fitness level. These buddy training sessions are especially popular with husband and wife teams where they can have some quality time together whilst getting fit. Some couples even bring their baby.
