Truly a word everything they said that they would do they did. The level of responsiveness is unparalleled with any contracting agency I've ever worked with. If we didn't reach out to them they reached out to us to make sure that the tasks on our part was seamless and effortless. All we had to do was decide which direction we wanted to go in and they took care of the rest.

This has been a wonderful experience. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. In a time were patience isn't really a thing, it was nice not to feel rushed or pushed into making decisions. I've recommended them twice already and the they've replicated that same level of care 2x over. 5 stars all the way.

Unfortunately, contracting with this company through their properties has not been a pleasure to work with. My company and I have tried several times to reach out for past due payments and because of this, we have taken legal action. If you are a vendor or contracting company, we do not recommended them at the slightest. Look out for signs like this for managements/companies who do not work along side with their clients.

I wouldn’t do business with this company. They do not know what they’re doing, yet they will tell you that they do repeatedly ~ which is disconcerting when they misquote facts and do not keep up with current land zoning and planning. I wouldn’t trust them as my builder, my landlord, my neighbor AND I suggest you do not either.

My experience with this development has been an absolute nightmare! The Fiji Townhomes are way behind schedule. The developer hired an apartment construction manager and NOT a home builder. They are now scrambling to fix everything that is wrong. I've called and emailed several times in hopes of speaking with 'Jay,' and he is a ghost. No one seems to be able to 1. Know where he is and 2. They just keep saying he is busy. He won't take my calls and emails. Is this how Sphinx does business?? I do PR for at a law firm and the experience I have had is UNACCEPTABLE. We ALWAYS take care of our clients

I worked for them and those were the worse months of my history in the workforce. They are shady and fraudulent.Do not do business with this company. They don't even have the decency to pay me my last check. I've contacted the persons responsible of payroll including HR and all they've done is ignore me. They are the worse management company!
