Not many shoes. Dragged me out a second time with the promise of a new shipment, even less were available. Staff is polite, however.

I near on started crying when I received my shoes today and my foot slipped straight in and the two pairs I brought are sooooo comfy! I brought Kamala and Zola. I have a very wide foot so it’s hard to find shoes that fit well! Delivery was super quick too! Thank you so much! I’m so happy!

I was browsing their website as I know I would find something I just love as I have always found a really nice unique pair of shoes in the past for myself - so I did find these brilliant sandals at a great price but wasn't sure of the sizing so I went to the Chat Help. Cut a long story short - their help invaluable and the shoes are perfect fit,… and colour. I had requested click and collect but with the lockdown I was informed that it could be the following week. I ordered some shoes online for my mum and entered the incorrect email address. I called the customer service line and quoted my order number. I was absolutely blown away with the level of service Tracy provided. Not only did she resend the email almost instantly but my mum received her shoes in 2 days! She absolutely loves them. Really high quality shoes and amazing customer service. I will be back - thanks again Tracy!

I have bought my last 3 pairs of shoes from here, so when I needed a fancy pair I went straight to the shop on Teddington St. Sean was amazing in finding me heaps of shoes to try on. When I finally found the pair I loved, he said they would stretch them for free. Thanks to Sean, Natalie & Pamela, I have a fantastic new pair of fancy black shoes that are so comfortable I can’t believe they have heels. Would definitely recommend the team at Paul Carroll for quality products & the best service.

First time to visit their store today and I was quite overwhelmed with the wide variety of shoes and sandals to choose from. The experience was great as I was left alone to look around, and was later on assisted by Pamela who was really very helpful and patient. My experience today at Paul Carroll Burswood store was excellent. I have very wide difficult feet to fit and the lady serving me was extremely helpful and managed to find me a perfect pair of sandals. Nothing was too much trouble, I will certainly be a regular customer now. Thank you.
