At Stepping Stones our focus is on providing quality health care to the community that is reliable, friendly, supportive, educational and open-minded. We are passionate about General Practice, Family Medicine and encouraging and promoting individual wellbeing, self care and health. We offer a variety of services and different appointment styles to accommodate the health needs and priorities of each individual.

This includes a full range of general medical and health care with GP's, nursing staff, acute care, immunisations, allied health staff and practitioners of mind and body therapies. We believe it is very important to have happy staff who are passionate about health, with caring, compassionate and respectful natures.

Mind and Body Report

As part of our commitment to whole patient wellness, Stepping Stones offers Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi classes. Periodically, during school terms, Stepping Stones also runs Childrens Meditation classes. I am a qualified Dru Yoga & Meditation teacher and am passionate to inspire a naturally healthier way of living.

Careful - while the doctor standards are usually good / above the average, there are disappointing facts. For example, follow up of abnormal results might not be requested by some doctors - unless you complain...

It's a bit hard to rate a trip to the Doctor but these guys are great. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, appointments are always on time and follow up is good.

Changed GP after 18yrs on recommendation due to a high trauma motorbike accident and it was the best thing I could have done.
Dr Callum Lawford is a caring, professional and progressive Doctor who is extremely attentive and passionate about his patients.
Stepping Stones is a beautifully bright, clean and modern facility with cottage like gardens the kids can explore whilst waiting.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have only been to Stepping Stones the one time, and spoken to the nurses and reception staff on a few occasions. Each time has been a pleasure. The nurses are friendly and knowledgable, the girls at reception have a lovely phone manner and are always smiling when you walk in. Dr Ingrid Van Tinteren was thorough and I will definitely continue seeing her in future. It's refreshing to find a medical centre that is clean, warm and welcoming without long wait times. Thank you all 😊

Friendly doctors and nurses. Lovely waiting area. Hardly any wait time. Today, the nurse even called us in early. Relatively new to the area. Been to plenty of medical centres around Victoria and this is by far the best.

From the moment I walked in the door, the staff were kind, caring and genuine. Have been seeing Dr Nicole for prenatal care, and our experience with her prenatally, during delivery and since having our son has been so amazing, that no words are enough.

Felt at ease from the moment I walked in the door. Friendly receptionists who went out of their way to make my visit more comfortable. Dr Sue Waygood was the best Dr I've seen anywhere. She listened and I didn't feel rushed. My Dr and clinic of choice now.

Stunning new building and landscaped gardens. The practice offers a very positive vibe and Daile is a fabulously attentive doctor. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and support for me and my kids.
