After more than a decade of being a slave to the office I finally realised that the best part of my week was always training at the gym or attending boot camps at 5am. My trainers were all inspirational to me and so I began on the road to starting my own business. I quit my job, which was the scariest part, and began my studies.

If there was a ten star review I would give this to Glen The boot camps he runs are fun informative different each time with all levels catered for. Glen gives special attention to any injuries you may have and special attention to warming up and cooling/stretching down .Would highly recommend without hesitation

Been training with Glen for 9 months and he’s really helped to improve my fitness. I train with my husband but Glen cleverly tailors each session to ensure we both benefit. He’s a real bundle of energy and his bubbly personality means there no such thing as a dull PT session. Would thoroughly recommend!

Training for someone like me was always going to be tough but from our first conversation Glen has been supportive and so passionate about what he does that you can't help but be carried along with him. He makes it fun and engaging, mixing up the sessions but also tailoring them to balance what you need with, what you want and what you are able to do so you keep making progress and don't drop out. I am definitely in with Glen for the long term.

I can’t recommend Glen highly enough, he is an exceptional PT. He is extremely supportive but motivating, understanding my fitness levels and pushing me beyond my self-imposed limits to be my best. Being immensely passionate about what he does means his knowledge, attitude and natural enthusiasm for training people is second to none. Each session is varied and challenging but due to his infectious energy always great fun! Never a dull moment!

I cannot recommend Glen highly enough. He is focused, knowledgeable, passionate and clearly cares about your journey and progress. Whilst making you feel at ease, he also motivates and pushes you to new highs. In a matter of weeks, he has changed my attitude towards exercise and he always ensures that my technique is correct to avoid any injuries. Glen makes it fun and enjoyable to train (and challenging too!) and is incredibly supportive which helps you keep driven and inspired. I really enjoy training with him – thank you so much Glen!
