Nolan was my husband's therapist. He had bilateral knee replacement and extremely weak muscles from lack of use. Nolan targeted them perfectly. Although I had very sore muscles his techniques gave me the strength and confidence I needed. When I asked related questions he always had the answers. Thank you Nolan.

I can't recommend One to One Physical Therapy highly enough. Erica was (and is!) my physical therapist. I first started seeing Erica for the occasional back/hip pain, and more recently for rehab of left knee replacement. This was my second knee replacement and a world of difference between PT at a different place and One to One! PT for a knee replacement is hard work, and Erica's gentle encouragement to push a little further got me to where I needed to be. The entire staff are friendly and welcoming. Give them a try - you won't regret it!

I was sent to One to One for a sciatica problem. I was so lucky to have Katherine Orave (Kat) for my Physical Therapist. She is so knowledgeable and really listens to how you are doing and pushes you in all the right ways. Roughly 4 months and I am feeling great. Got back to running...which was a huge goal. Everyone at One to One was friendly professional and made me feel welcome! I highly recommend One to One!

I love this place! I have had multiple musculoskeletal issues following an injury and have been receiving treatment here for the past several months. Multiple therapists prior completely missed the root cause of one of my complaints, so I was unable to get any relief until this was noticed and addressed by staff at One to One. I've been steadily making progress towards re-aligning my body and will continue to work with them over the next several months to hopefully get back to where I was pre-injury. I love Ericka and Seth so much that I referred my husband to them for his own complaints and he

I have been going here for almost a year. I have had SI joint problems, and during my therapy, I got into a car accident which caused neck issues as well. I was seen by Seth, who is a goofy guy and very knowledgeable. I had a previous experience with a PT who treated me terribly and overall did bad work; Seth, comparatively, actually has treated my conditions and as of today, I feel much better. He also did it in an engaging, fun manner. I never am bored when I go to PT, and even after moving away, I still made an effort to continue going to 1to1.
