Bikram Yoga has had a very positive impact on my life; it has improved my overall mentality which I feel has made me a better person. Bikram Yoga practice strengthens your character to overcome what happens outside of the room. Bikram Yoga has completely changed my life. It has improved my strength and flexibility, helped me get through challenging times in my life and most importantly, it keeps me present.

Bikram Yoga has slowly built up my confidence and self-esteem and made me realise how important it is to eat and drink well. Your fully qualified Bikram Yoga teacher will guide you through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a purpose built studio - heated to 40° C. Bikram Yoga provides you with the platform you need to make positive changes to your body, that will ultimately change your life.
Services
For best results, you are encouraged to attend Bikram Yoga classes for 3 or more times per week. It's recommended that you drink water both before and after your Bikram Yoga class. Two (2) to three (3) litres each day is optimal. When your body is properly hydrated, light-headedness and dizziness are less likely to occur.
Bikram Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, size, gender, skill level or fitness level. Bikram Yoga Five Dock gives you the unique experience of being guided through 26 powerful postures and exercises that work your muscles, increase your strength, and improve your flexibility.

In fact, the Bikram series of twenty-six (26) postures and two (2) breathing exercises were created with you in mind. Each posture is completed in a specific order to optimise your health and longevity.
Bikram Yoga Five Dock is a licensed, ultramodern studio with friendly, trained, and accredited teachers. During each class, your Bikram Yoga Teacher will guide you through twenty-six (26) postures and two (2) breathing exercises proven to work all of your muscles, increase your strength, enhance your flexibility, and flush your body of toxins.
All of our Bikram Yoga Five Dock Teachers have completed an intensive training course with Bikram Choudhury and his staff. This means that you'll receive precise instructions and dialogue that ensure correct movements and postures. Your Bikram Yoga Teacher will keep your class moving whilst maintaining a quietness of mind, stillness, and the highest level of standards.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
I did not like the smell of the Yoga Room. Also the teachers are kind of rude, the way they talk, they also talk too much. I prefer Yoga classes with more relaxed teachers, those ones that give some silence spaces between the sentences...anyway that is my opinion.

Amazing, I'm very new to Bikram but wow I'm hooked. Why I didn't try this sooner I'll always kick myself, living only 5 mins walk for past 4 years and in just 10 sessions i can feel so much improvement in my body and my focus! This is the first time I've ever looked forward to exercising!

Brad and his team are always friendly and up for a laugh and naturally pass on their passion for practicing yoga. I've never liked going to a gym and didn't think much of yoga until I tried Bikram Yoga at Bikram Yoga Five Dock. The studio is spacious, clean and provides a relaxing and meditative environment to cool down in.
Bikram yoga as an exercise itself is the perfect exercise for me and most importantly, reduces about 50% of my back pain and helps me sleep at night (I crushed some vertebrae in my back in a bad car accident over 15yrs ago). It strengthen muscles, increases flexibility and

Love this place - Clean, aesthetically beautiful and welcoming. Always find myself coming back here despite having other studios closer to home. A special shout out to Cecilia. Her teaching style draws you in the whole time and keeps you focussed making the most out of each pose. Highly recommended.

I have tried 3 different studio's and this is my favourite. The instructors provide really great feedback and are clearly passionate about what they do. After a few classes at Five Dock I improved substantially as the instructors helped me fine tune some of the poses and knew how much to push my body. The studio is also clean and modern and best of all the heating is the hotest I have felt and exactly how it is meant to be. The only downside is having to park on the street but there is plenty of parking available. I have just moved house to Chatswood and I still want to find the time to drop into

Its tough definitely but at the end u will get the best result. Gradually u will start to focus your mind and will hv the determination to make the right posture. Moreover, the studio is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and professional. I really enjoy my hot yoga class. Thanks Bikram Yoga.

Every time I come to the studio in Five Dock, I feel like I am on a holiday and walking into a retreat. Thats how you want to feel when you are going to exercise, just sayin!!
I tried other yoga's but found that it didn't suit my mind and body. This yoga has increased my breathing capacity, strengthened my spine, cleared my skin, given me vitality… and realigned my body. This yoga has made me feel and look younger as it truly reverses the ageing process.
The teachers at this studio give so much love and time to their students. Any questions I have had about the postures and even my health

I have been going to Bikram Yoga Five Dock for over a year now, I love the instructors they are professional and extremely experienced and trained to the highest standard. The facility is amazing its spacious, clean and a relaxed atmosphere. I have made some amazing friends here and look forward to my time in the hot room. I have also achieved so much and improve all the time its amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it. Everyone should try Five Dock Bikram Yoga its the best exercise I have ever done and I have done it all this works and changes your body and mind in a ways you won

I've been to a number of Bikram centres in Sydney and this one has the best facilities and teachers/owner of the ones that I've been to. Friendly atmosphere, the room doesn't smell even straight after a previous class and they have big changing rooms and shower area
