I began my career in Real Estate with B. J. Bennett & Co. Real Estate Pty Ltd as a sales consultant in 1991 at the Mirboo North office after completing my Sub-Agents license. Having a successful rural and farming background I found it easy to adapt to and enjoy the sales of rural properties. Having the rural knowledge I have the advantage of being able to relate to both vendor and purchaser requirements.
I also adapted to and gathered expertise in the sale of residential properties. In 1993 I was appointed Branch Manager of the Mirboo North office. In 2003 my wife Rowena and I became part owners and Directors of BJ Bennett & Co Professionals Real Estate Pty Ltd. In 2006 I completed my full Real Estate Agents License and in 2007 I became the Managing Director of the company and occupy that position today.

Requested my personal and VERY private information only to email me "Sorry the property is under application" the following day. What a joke. If the property I applied for was under application, why request my 100 points of ID. I'm disgusted by this experience.

Wow! Certainly different from Australia. Sad i didnt get photos. So the menu is fairly big many different things to choose from. The service was welcoming friendly fast and accurate. Cleanliness is a 10/10 nit even a chip on the floor very impressive. Didnt visit the bathroom however noticed male females disabled and change rooms. Table service is offered here did i mention how quick everything was ? Ordered quickly.. recived food/coffee as soon as we sat down.
I noticed sonetablest at some of the tables obviously ment to keep the children occupied. Free wifi i read also. Quite impressed with

-10 is my rating.If you are a landlord, do not go through these agents. My partner and I have experienced terrible service and lack of respect from this company. They Sign up tenants without first running it by us. Verbal abuse over the phone when we Question why information is not being passed on to us about perpective tenants. Having the agent speak down to my partner even after we informed her that his father had just past the day before. Then having the owner send abrasive emails and Nasty phone conversations instead of rectifying issues. There is 0 customer service 0 effective marketing strategies

If you have a mental illness, be prepared to be discriminated against.. As soon as my lease was up and I vacated I was treated completely different. So if you'd like to be spoken down to and like to beg for someone to stop talking to you nastily/rudley after having said multiple times u are mentally unwell, then it's the best place for you!
