Dr Elena Mirmilstein is a General Practitioner with special interest in Female Health and Aesthetic Medicine. After comprehensive training at Royal Women's and Box Hill Hospitals, Dr Elena Mirmilstein was awarded the Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2010.
Dr Vadim trained as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne, and then completed a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery at the Royal Women's Hospital. He also did further training in infertility at the Melbourne IVF Reproductive Biology Unit and City Fertility.

Please choose "PHONE CONSULTATION" type of appointment to be able to see if your preferred doctors are available on the day for phone consultations.
We are pleased to announce that consultations for a Single Problem will continue to be BULK BILLED. In order for our doctors to maintain their high quality of service and to minimise waiting time, we would advise for patients to present with one medical issue per consult. These consults will not incur any out-of-pocket expenses.

Can’t even get through to them for the last few days. Monday 17th Jan they had a message saying we had called out of hours at 5:15pm. Strange seeing they’re meant to be open till 10pm. Wednesday 19th Jan we are trying to call and their phone is constantly engaged ??? Not even the option to be put on hold or an answering machine! Tried through the website, an absolute mess - can’t even book anyone. Forget it. Going to book at a professional GP Clinic.

I have been attending the clinic for a while now and while Dr Kristiani has been wonderful, the management of the clinic is often chaotic. I had a teleheath appointment to renew some scripts (I cannot attend in person because I have Covid). When my appointment was 30 minutes overdue, I rang the clinic and was told I would be contacted soon. The only reason I rang to check was because twice before my doctor was unaware she had a telehealth appointment with me. After another half hour I called again and was told I didn't answer my phone and was marked as "non attendance" and there are no other appointments

I have continually had bad service at this Medical Centre but today's bad experience was the worst, due to the rudeness of the receptionist called Liana. I turned up 10 minutes early for my appointment, only to be told by the rude Liana that my booking had been cancelled, as the doctor was not in today, and they tried to contact me yesterday to advise me. I explained that i did not receive any notification yesterday. Rude Liana continued on to say that they HAD tried to contact me, and showed no empathy for not being able to service my appointment. One star rating for the admin practice of double booking my tele health appointment and ringing me 10 minutes beforehand to change Dr and time to 2 hours later and asking me me if I'd be happy with that. I politely said that I had no choice but to be be happy with that and received an "ok, goodbye' terse response. I would be embarrassed if my staff were managing their internal admin issues in this manner. I have absolutely no issue with the Drs here but please quality control your admin staff. I'd love to discuss this with practice manager or owners of practice

I highly recommend this GP practice. All of the doctors, the nursing and reception staff are very helpful and show a high level of professionalism and knowledge. Dr Mira Klein is extremely knowledgeable and is thorough in her investigations and referrals in order to give me the best treatment for some complex medical issues. I was recently seen for the first time by Dr Milad Ghanei who also warrants a 5 star rating from me!

I’ve been going to this clinic for 4 years and I’ve had enough now. Im not happy with the level of care I have received on multiple previous occasions. From my experiences, one doctor didn’t take my pain seriously and wouldn’t treat it. Another, I felt, was too quick in examination and I ended up getting a second opinion and was diagnosed differently. And the worst one could barely speak English and I felt she was so lacking in compassion that It made me very upset at the time.
