If I could 0 stars I would, cancelled my appointment because the dr will only see their regular patients. I am a patient of the drs surgery…
1) don’t have the appointments available to book online if you are going to pick and choose according to who books
2) your priority should be your patients in general not just according to what dr they see there
3) offering an appointment in January almost 3 weeks later doesn’t suffice if you have booked to see the dr it’s clearly for a reason not something to wait 3 weeks.
What a joke!

I will always be grateful to Dr Sandeep & the clinic for their practice based treatment for me from initial diagnosis to full treatment over almost 2 months for a stomach injury that I'm certain any other doctor would have sent to me to hospital for. So much so, that I have made this my regular GP Clinic despite it being 35 minutes drive from home. Outstanding technical depth and service. Cheers

Disappointed in lack of communication with doctors and receptionist. I asked for a certificate of clearance from one of the doctor and she said the receptionist will email me. I called after two days, receptionist said no certificate of clearance for me and there is no doctors till the following week, Wednesday. I'm utterly disappointed in this as I have difficulty in having my child back at childcare as we need the clearance letter.

Dare I say this medical centre is the best in Bentleigh. Dr. Sandeep is excellent, caring, paying attention to details of his patient. He just takes his time to make sure his patient feels ok. That’s a rare quality to find to be honest. The receptionists are also really good, nice and helpful. The venue is clean too. And this is ‘bulked billed’. What more can you ask for when you need some medical advises. Highly recommended 👍

The girls( Not all) in the front reception needs to smile more and be friendly. Not all patients are horrible. However Dr Sandeep Bachireddy is an amazing doctor. I don't care all the bad reviews I like his thinking and his care for the patients. I shouldn't be reviewing this as if poeple knew how good Dr Sandeep Bachireddy is then it is going would be hard for me to get an appointment 😊
