Daina commenced work as a Property Manager in 1976. She has been instrumental in overseeing the growth of Primus Realty over the past 17 years and continues to be hands on in the day to day running of the business and management of the rental portfolio.
She continues to thoroughly enjoy working in the industry and is passionate that both tenants and landlords should have a positive experience when dealing with an agent whether it be renting a property or as an owner who has entrusted their investment property or home to a property manager.Amber has been working in Real Estate since 2002.

What will we assess? Property condition, size, location and the current Perth rental market. Utilising our knowledge and experience of the local area we will take into consideration current competition, vacancy rates and demand for similar stock and analysing recently leased properties to determine market value of your investment.

I've been communicating with Ashleigh at Primus Realty since February 2020 on an issue which has today been favorably resolved. (The pandemic caused a major delay in the middle of things!). I found Ashleigh to be most obliging, courteous and professional in all my dealings with her. Ashleigh responded promptly to my queries and requests, and it was a real comfort knowing someone as competent and as pleasant as her was at the other end.

We have had our property managed by Primus for 10 years and at all times their service has been professional and prompt. Maintenance issues were dealt with efficiently and they went above and beyond to assist with replacing appliances & assisting with insurance claims. Primus Realty is one of the best and professional Real estate agency. They are very transparent about terms and conditions. I really appreciate their help and support.
Recently I had signed rental agreement but after that my project ended in Perth so I have to go back to India in a month. So I informed to Primus Realty about this issue and requested them to cancel the contract. I appreciate how they handled this issue, they found another tenant within a week and I am able to cancel the contract without paying any compensation/damages. I am thankful to Amber and Primus Realty for this help.
