If we fail to meet any of these standards, and we are notified in writing and we do not rectify the matter within two business days, we will manage your property fee-free for 3 months. At M Residential we recognise that property investment requires a clear understanding of the agents responsibilities together with regular contact between owner and Property Manager.
For your convenience, here is a guide to getting your property ready for your new tenant. It covers common areas overlooked by owners when moving out and is provided here as a convenient checklist. Ensure all accounts are advised and cancelled accordingly. The only services to remain in your name (with your new postal address are water and council rates).
It is a tenants responsibility to ensure the power, gas, phone, internet, etc have been connected into your name. If you have already indicated on your application form what connections you would like us to do on your behalf, we will arrange the connection of utility services for you as soon as possible via Direct Connect.

I have been so impressed with M Residential's staff and service. I have the unenviable position at work of being responsible for the 'staff unit' we rent from M Residential for our remote staff to use. Fortunately, these guys make it a breeze to get any issues with the property sorted. They're fast to respond to any questions or issues, and are always professional and helpful. It's hard to find property managers who treat the properties as if they owned them and their tenants as valued people, but these guys do!

Lee was a true professional from start to finish. He told us what he thought he could achieve with the sale of our property and delivered - all within a week! Lee really stood out from the other agents we approached initially due to his straight forward approach. He is honest and fair and doesn't tell you what he thinks you want to hear. Laura from M Residential has been absolutely phenomenal to deal with – I can easily say that she’s been the best property manager I’ve ever had (and I’ve been renting since 2010). She’s dealt with apartment issues promptly and even investigated the strata/building issues on my behalf. I've had a very good experience with the team as a whole, and Laura was even one of my references when I moved properties!
