They were happy & competent collecting the money when times were good, but struggled to deliver service & manage the problems when things got difficult.
I honestly expected more from an agency that specialises in just rentals, but the reality is high fees for a service that’s no better than a budget agency.
I’m out of pocket thousand’s, but for years was told everything was good during routine inspections. Blame it on COVID!! I don’t think so.

My partner and I have had a great experience with Rentwest so far. Our property manager Kirsty has made the transition from renting privately to renting through an agency very simple and easy. Communication is excellent as well as honesty. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sarah is so lovely, and super easy to deal with! My experience from start to finish has been straightforward and simple, and Sarah has been very communicative and made sure I know what's happening every step of the way. This is my first time applying for rentals and renting on my own, and it's been great dealing with Rentwest so far.

We needed a place to rent while building our new home. At the first handover a number of maintenance issues were identified and we were told these would be attended to.
Throughout our stay we have needed to report issues with the gas cooktop, tiles falling of the balcony, sticking doors and the part of the outside balcony roof sheeting… collapsing. My partner spent many hours having to be at home to meet insurers and builders but still the sheeting has not been replaced.
One of the issues raised at handover was that a number of internal doors had door locks which could be locked but no keys

This is my first time renting with Rentwest and Sarah has already been absolutely amazing with the entire process. Everything has been so straight forward and Sarah has responded really quick to any emails/ calls.
