Horrible costumer service. Don't recommend the hotel to anyone. Impossible to manage a booking or cancel a voucher/getting a refund even thought I was not able to use the full facilities promised to me when the voucher was bought. A member of staff tested positive for Covid and what was supposed to be a relaxing end of year spa break became a cancellation and refund nightmare because of lack of prefessionalism from Hibernian Hotel.

Marie and I were fortunate to recently have our wedding ceremony hosted by the HiB Mallow. Kieran and his wonderful crew looked after us magnificently. Kieran and his staff went to enormous efforts to ensure our and our guests every whim was seated. The cermony room was presented beautifully and the diningroom was absolutely magnificent. We had our entire day in the HiB and would highly recomend this venue.

This hotel is clean .given the age of the place it is dated and there is up grading going on . We were in a room with the bathroom upgrade and it was lovely. Unfortunately the cold was air locked but the staff changed our room straight away no quibble and sorted us out. the breakfast was lovely , i had the full Irish and it kept me going for most of the day. The staff are very polite and friendly.

We arrived and was give a small dated room which had a very bad smell of bleach. Had to ask to be moved to another room as we were getting sick from the smell. Second room was still dated. Went for dinner and waited 30 min to have a order taken waited a further 20 min for a drink to arrive and another 20 min for food. Food was poor and over priced. Tried to get attention of staff to order another drink but they were to busy on their phones behind the bar.would not recommended

Lovely simple rooms with everything you need. Top notch food and service. Lovely leisure centre with pool, hot tub, sauna etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a very relaxing stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended if you just want to relax and recharge the batteries.
