Like you, these are the very same questions my personal training and group training clients asked themselves before starting with us. Let me introduce myself - my name is Cameron Corish, the Owner of Core Health Coaching, Personal Trainer, Holistic and Lifestyle Coach and Health and Fitness Writer.
Services
Valued over $100 includes a Nutritional and Lifestyle Review and Report, Body composition report (water, bone, muscle and fat content) and your Metabolic Age. You will have a clear understanding of your health and fitness requirements and a suggested Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle plan to get you the results you want and need to achieve a truly amazing healthy life.
Personal Training is the most effective way for you to achieve your health and training goals based on your individual and unique requirements. After completing our comprehensive assessments we will both have a better understanding of your starting point and have the ability to prioritize the critical items that will make a significant difference and get the best results for you.
Our outdoor bootcamp fitness is very different from what most expect and is a great way for you to reach your goals, share experiences and meet others along the way in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. When I first started I felt tired, stressed, overweight and irritated. But with the encouragement of my group, I was able to overcome my biggest hurdle of getting into a regular routine.
Boxing continues to proves long lasting and effective results for clients. As well as the significant benefits of boxing, it is a great way for you to reach your goals, share experiences and meet others along the way in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. We limit our classes numbers to ensure a more personal and hands-on approach and we use the internationally recognized and leading name in Boxing for Fitness - Thump Boxing.
Exercise programs are ideal for those more experienced exercisers who are looking for a cost effective option. You will still receive some of the same benefits of personal training e.g. Using advanced techniques and strategies, the latest research and your individual plan, you will be completing integrated, compound and targeted exercises that have greater muscle and neural recruitment so that will get the best results in a shorter time frame.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Core Health Coaching is. If you just want a Personal Trainer to tell you what exercises to do then don’t go here. If you are looking for the complete package, then this is the place for you. The team know that health and fitness is not just one dimensional, they work with you to find the root cause (or causes) and then find solutions to create a better you by using the various tools and mechanisms such as

Thank you Cameron for sharing your vast knowledge and assisting me these past few years when I have needed your input to keep this battered old body functioning. Your rehab advice following bilateral knee replacements and bilateral shoulder reconstructions was invaluable and made a huge difference to my recovery on each occasion. My fitness level allows me to play lawn bowls four to five times a week. Your sense of humour is a bonus.

Approximately 7 years ago when I was looking for a new gym for my weekly “just keep fit” classes I came across Core Health Coaching and during those 7 years it has been quite a journey. Not only did I find weekly exercise classes appropriate for senior citizens like myself but I found a fantastic environment geared around exercise, diet, general health, physical and mental well-being, bush walks, self-discovery, support and a sense of community. There has also been the social aspect as we “oldies” (not that we think of ourselves as that) huff and puff our way through circuits, swap stories

Why have I been going to Core Health Coaching for about 7 years.
Is it the caring diligent staff + their holistic view of their clients
including mental as well as physical health.
Refinement of my exercise technique from different trainers or the
invites to regular social functions with other gym clients, walks,
health information and workshops. All of that + Cameron's lust for health is inspiring.

If you are searching for something beyond the “calories in, calories out” approach (which has never worked for me). Through 1:1 coaching Cameron has shown me how much my body struggled with food allergies and intolerance, unlocked some deep long-held barriers and taught me techniques that I’m likely to use for the rest of my life. Highly recommend.

Cameron has created a warm, accepting and motivating environment where I feel that I am encouraged to do my best and challenge myself. While recovering from a hip replacement and previously, when I had some gut health issues, Mark and Cameron have provided sensible suggestions that have given me the information I need to make improvements. If you are looking for a true health and life coach, it is hard to find a better establishment than Core Health Coaching. I've been a member for 10 years. Cameron and his team, are true health professionals. Not just about gym fitness. A lot more than that. Cameron and his team review and shape your health program around your needs, and goals. While educating you on your stress, life style choice which most likely having greater impact on your fitness than exercising.
COVID been one interesting experience and Core Health Coaching have been quick to offer very effective training on line. Excellent

Started training at Core when i was quite young and the coaches quickly adapted to my injuries whilst helping me reach my goals. I have been working with Core Health Coaching for over a year. When I started my aim was to lose weight and get in shape. What I discovered along the journey was that there was a lot of emotional and behavioural challenges that I needed to work through to support my journey. Cameron worked with me using a number of different approaches including monitoring my food, water and exercise along with the Tapping technique, visualisation, meditation, essential oils and supplements.
