Your experienced Personal Trainers for All Ages: We'll tailor a personal training program centred around your goals, timetable, and budget at our private studio in Wellington Point, Brisbane. If you want to improve the prospects of a better quality of life, be physically fitter, lose weight, increase muscle size or strength, Debbie and John will move heaven and earth to keep you motivated and focused on achieving that goal.

We work hard to provide all our local clients of all ages, the best value personal trainers at our private Wellington Point Studio. We focus on making fitness, weight loss and strength training fun and affordable for our clients across Bayside Brisbane, Redlands, Cleveland, Alexandra Hills, Birkdale, Ormiston, Thorneside and Thornlands.

We may be small, but we're big on quality. We ensure that each and every client gets the very best service and value for money around. Shedfit was established in 2010 at our Wellington Point location. We're a small family-owned and operated Personal Training studio created by John and Debbie Burdfield, experienced and qualified personal trainers.
Our standard fees are listed below. We recommend 1hr sessions. This allows time for weigh-ins and general communication, a warm-up period, then approx 45min actual training time and a thorough hands-on stretch at the end. I cannot thank you both enough for the amazing journey you have taken me on this past year. You have guided me and given me knowledge that I hope to keep for the rest of my life, and I am forever grateful. At ShedFit, we're passionate about being able to just get out there and enjoy all that life has to offer. Running is one of the best yet simplest of all activities to do, yet it is the one thing many of us avoid. Contrary to popular belief, running DOES NOT wreck your knees. Running too hard, incorrect form, incorrect or poorly fitting footwear and most certainly excess body weight will negatively impact your knees.
We aim to provide a variety of tips and useful information that may help you along the road to achieving your goals. I went to this Fitness company for 7 years, had to step away due to a bad & long standing injury. When I did I cried. But they have still kept my interests as to still be included with events. They will take your concerns with your health to heart as though you are one of their own. They have true grit, determination & resilience which is what you need to become inspired again with you.

I am a 68 year young person who can do things that people my age do not think they can do thanks to Deb from ShedFit I do the ladies class 3 days a week and try to keep up with the young chicks. Thanks to Deb for all the attention and help she gives us all.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank John and Deb for the wonderful PT program that they have run for my husband David and I. It is over 3 years now since I naively began a focused fitness journey with the Shedfit team. This has proven to be a lasting lifestyle change that has resulted in me losing several kilos, having a new found confidence, and fulfilling what once was my dormant dreams! Best personal training team. I should know I have continued to train with them three times a week for over three years now. My husband and I train together and we find the workout is always varied and challenging. 5 stars for John and Deb
