Mel is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Pre & Post Natal Specialist Coach, Nutritionist (general population and Sports nutrition), Health & Wellness Coach/Nutritional Counsellor and Human Movement Specialist.
Services
We currently offer in person personal training as either one off sessions where the client is happy to not have any set program or training session times, or as part of one of our Dedication Programs. Personal training sessions may be on a one to one basis (just the client and the trainer) or as a small group session of up to 4 participants.
We currently offer Pre & Post Natal Specialist Coaching and are fully qualified to coach and train women throughout pregnancy and from 6 weeks post natal. Melissa holds a specialist coaching certificate that has been obtained through advanced studies and is not legally offered by standard personal trainers.
Full FREE access to the RISE App where all of your programs, assessments, forms, exercise videos and tracking information is stored - take your program anywhere with you! Health and wellness coaching - Includes support, goal setting, guidance and encouragement. If you decide you would like to incorporate one on one in person training sessions into your online training program then this is the option for you.
Nutritionists are frontline advisory staff working with clients who are otherwise healthy yet are looking to improve their health and wellbeing through a positive approach to nutrition. Nutritionists work with clients to identify health and nutrition goals, and to develop a tailored meal plan to assist in achieving these goals.
Counting Macros is not a diet. It is a lifestyle. It can show you what the right balance of food looks like for health and performance and can also serve as a fantastic way to change your eating habits and shift your mindset to create sustainable changes.

It is very non-restrictive and perfect for those who like to socialise etc. Macro calculators may work for some but our bodies are so different to each other - it is impossible that a simple algorithm from a calculator can give you the perfect plan.That's where a Macro Coach comes in! A coach will evaluate and adjust your macros according to the biofeedback from your body - to make sure that you reach your goals while still staying safe.

New to personal training I found Mel to be adaptive, encouraging and most importantly totally focused on helping me achieve what I wanted rather than a templated solution. A personable and professional trainer that makes the pain of the gain worth it. Highly recommend. You will get the results.
