Emily and her team have been most helpful. They were able to advertise my property and secure a tenant at the earliest opportunity. They also found a cleaner to clean my property after I vacated. My situation was a little unique as I was undergoing interstate employment changes over a 6 month period and the team were more then willing to assist in any way they could. Calibre Realestate are an incredibly professional and supportive realestate agent with a genuine and honest approach. Our property was initially listed with another agent and the interest was next to zero. I then reached out to Emily and Kelly from Calibre for assistance, within a couple of weeks they had our property styled beautifully and maintenance people in to fix a few things. It was quickly put back on the market with Calibre presented like a completely different home attracting new buyers.

My partner and I moved out of a property just recently, and we have been charged for extra cleaning (very minor items) and also $210 for replacing a toilet seat that was old and starting to degenerate, even when we moved in. I have never had such a bad experience with a real estate agent than I did with Alex from Calibre. My friends and I lived in a Brisbane property managed by her for almost 3 years, and over the course of this time, I don’t believe she once provided a clear answer to any of our rent-related questions, and acted like it was a burden on her to even… take the time to provide us a response. Kelly Hardie was in charge of selling my unit, she did an amazing job. I was phoned on a regular basis to keep me updated with the process and the feedback from people that looked at the unit.
