I've been a client at In 2 Life Fitness for a few years now, and I absolutely love it! The workouts are varied, which keeps each week interesting and challenging. The trainers are encouraging, motivating and extremely knowledgeable. They always make you feel welcome, and they take a genuine interest/care in your health and fitness goals. My husband and son now also join me, and we all genuinely look forward to our weekly PT sessions. Would highly recommend!!

With their in-depth, expert knowledge in personal training I have managed to greatly improve my health and fitness. Furthermore, with their help I have also reduced my blood pressure, reduced my cholesterol level and lost 10kgs, all within six months.
The environment at the gym is very friendly, everyone is very respectful and supportive of each other. There is also a nice age and gender mix at the gym, and its never boring or repetitive.

I have been training at In 2 Life Fitness for nearly 5 years now & I have always loved the variety of classes and the camaraderie & fun we all have while still training hard with my fellow in 2 Lifers. I love the support & encouragement everyone gives each other. The trainers are awesome, and they always have a variety of training sessions planned for us every morning or night. The team at In 2 Life Fitness are amazing. Their classes are always fun, varied and never the same so you never get bored or stuck doing the same regime all the time.
The atmosphere is always inviting and friendly yet the push you to be and do your best.
This has been the longest I have ever stayed at one fitness gym and I have no plans on stopping!

I’ve been with In 2 Life Fitness for over a year now and it’s the best decision I’ve made. I’ve lost 8kg in over a year and have achieved milestones I wouldn’t have thought possible with the help of the wonderful trainers Carolyn and Marina. I’m stronger and toned. They challenge you but are beside you every step of the way with words of encouragement so that you believe that you can do it. Training is part of my life now and I’m at the studio almost everyday because of the environment and the people I train with. Everyone is just so encouraging of one another. I only wish I had joined

I’ve been going to In2Life for almost a year now and I can vouch for the fact that this is the best place to improve your fitness, health and emotional wellbeing. The trainers are fantastic; they motivate you, challenge you and never drop their standards.
I’ve built more muscle, my body fat % has reduced and generally, feel stronger and am in a positive headspace. I’m there almost every evening/weekend and feel very odd if I’m forced to miss even one session. In2Life is the place to be 👍💥. You’ll not be disappointed.
