Since we arrived in Port Melbourne our goal has been to create the premier 1:1 evidence based personal training studio in the area.
3PT offers comp prep coaching both in person & online. Our evidence based approach to coaching means our athletes are set for success not only during the prep but also post competition. Prep can be one of the most rewarding but challenges experiences you'll ever have and our team of expert coaches are here to guide you all the way.

Located Just 100m from the beaches of Port Melbourne and around the corner from Bay St, you will find the 3 Point Training studio. 3PT has on offer a small number of memberships available to it's private strength training facility. We have kept numbers capped to ensure the comfort and usability of it's current members an coaches.
Over 8 months Tiffany achieved her goal of competing in her first fitness show. She dropped 10kg over 8 months through regular and consistent resistance training and following a personalised nutrition plan. She showed huge levels of commitment to achieve this goal and she was rewarded with multiple placings and even an Overall Female Physique award.

I honestly love it here! Walking into a new gym (or being a first timer) can be so intimidating sometimes, and this is such a lovely environment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The trainers never fail to say hi when you walk through the door.

Will and his brother run a great gym. After many years out in the wilderness I decided to get back into the gym and training and Will has been awesome at making me feel comfortable. What i have seen from Will and the other trainers is awesome. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Can't be more happy with my programs, always different, interesting and tailored. My strenght and technique improved a lot. Good advices on meal plans and how to archive your goal.

Absolutely amazing gym! Great family feel, plenty of equipment and a good variety to go around. The trainers are super knowledgeable and have even received compliments from my Osteo about how well they have incorporated the various strength training I needed to fix my problems. Highly recommend this place for anyone!

Cant recommend 3PT highly enough! These guys are pro's, they really know their stuff and get results. The trainers are soo friendly and down to earth and the gym has a great atmosphere. I went in post-op with many limitations but they totally worked with that and several months later I'm fitter than I have ever been... and still look forward to every session!

3 PT are great. They make me want to turn up each session something I haven't had before. After a year of nearly constant back pain I'm now feeling really strong and looking forward to the next challenge. Always trained by Will but all the trainers are great and its a small group, never really busy and a very friendly vibe between people at all different levels of their fitness journey.

Before 3 Point Training I had never been inside a gym before. I was always interested but felt very intimidated and overwhelmed. I decided to take the plunge when my local gym had a membership sale and I employed the services of 3 Point Training.
I never thought I could get to where I am now. I am confident and comfortable being in the gym and love training. Matt is a excellent motivator and always helpful, encouraging and is extremely knowledgeable.
I can't thank him enough, the training and support has been amazing and I can't recommend them higher.

I've been training with Matt at 3 Point Training for over a year. In that time Matt and the team has helped me lose 20kg's. Setting me up with personalised workout routines and nutritional advice made losing weight so much easier than had i attempted it on my own. Before starting with 3PT I was very uncertain about how to approach my goals. Now, going forward i feel much more competant about staying in shape. Thanks a bunch!

I started training with Matt 6 months ago to get fit for my wedding. His program was excellent, advice on my diet was on point, and he helped me achieve and exceed my goals. I've continue to train with his program long after the wedding, am fitter than I've ever been and couldn't be happier. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

I highly recommend 3PT. When I first started with them I didn’t even know how half of the gym equipment worked, but now feel comfortable using all of it (thanks to their patience and guidance!). Such a fun & motivating gym environment with knowledgeable and dedicated trainers! I came in with little strength training knowledge and have learnt proper techniques from Matt and gained so much confidence. Matt is awesome! Not only is he great at what he does but he really takes the time to get to know his clients. In doing this he makes personalized diet and exercise recommendations based on the individual. He understands the body and how it functions so his fitness plans get you the results that you are looking for. I started weekly PT sessions with Matt last year and have had nothing but success! His knowledge and training makes the sessions challenging and you always leave feeling like you have progressed! He not only looks into your fitness but takes into account your diet and work/life balance!
