John is one of my favourite instructors both for his technical knowledge and lovely manner. He is always professional and caring. He makes sure each client is performing the exercises safely and to the best of their ability. I have been doing Pilates for 6 years & have had many different instructors in various countries and rate John amongst the best.

I have enjoyed the reformer program. I have got positive results which have been noticed many of my friends. I am feeling stronger and more able to tackle more physical activities throughout my day. The Reformer Program is working for me and I am looking forward to seeing more results as I improve my fitness.

Joining Rejuvenate Pilates has been the best thing I have ever done for my body. The instructors were so patient with me in building my core skills when I first started and they are still so supportive at every class and even more so now that I am pregnant as they tailor my class to suit my abilities.

I am really enjoying the classes here. I joined around 8 weeks ago and I’m bowled over by the approach of the excellent teachers who are so careful of anyone who, like me, has stiff or sore joints, and take time to give alternative exercises. I am getting huge benefits from pilates thanks to Dian, Mel and Sarah. It’s the first time I’ve actually looked forward to exercise! The other thing I like about Rejuvenators is being able to book or change classes with the app. So easy! Good work guys!
