Auto-Bake's unique horizontal Serpentine tTransport System enables you to produce up to 90% more throughput in the same amount of floor space over a conventional linear system. As well, deliver or remove the energy from directly above and/or beneath the product as it moves through the system rather than from the perimeter.
This oven outperforms all our other ovens. It's faster, more versatile, you get a better product and it produces more product at a much lower cost. It's easy to clean, easy to maintain and it makes your job and life so much easier. A regular tunnel oven would take up to 75% of our floor space, the Auto-Bake system saved us a lot of floor space.
Retains and circulates pans within the complete oven or baking system and incorporates Auto-Bake's clipless pan system that allows simple and easy drop in/lift out pan changeover. Enables the use of baking pans that are independent of the oven or system. This makes it easy to incorporate into an existing process, while retaining pans and surrounding ancillary equipment.
Auto-Bake Serpentine ovens and baking systems can be supplied with varying levels of control and automation, allowing straightforward operation and recipe handling. The Auto-Bake range of modular Serpentine cooling systems provides a controlled cooling profile to ensure the highest quality final product. Available in ambient, refrigerated and freezer configurations, all Auto-Bake cooling systems incorporate the signature Serpentine transport path, where trays are transported along multiple horizontal levels in an 'S-shape'.

My husband has been taking our cars to Mike and Lazarus for years now. He insists I take it to them if he can't do it himself even for minor things like oil change and smog tests. And I can see that my husband's loyalty is well deserved.
Mike and Lazarus work hard and they are honest people. They do what needs to be done and do it well. For roughly 10 years I've been bringing my cars here and recommending that others do the same. The service here is consistently good, which can be difficult to find with mechanics. Additionally, I never feel like there's pressure to perform unnecessary services as l've found with other places. This shop seems very honest and I've developed trust in them.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and wheel alignment because the steering was pulling a little to the left. They first adjusted the tire pressure and let me know that the problem seemed fixed. That did end up solving the problem. Very professional of them to not perform service that was not required.

I've brought my car here multiple times and have had very friendly and informative customer service. They are amazing at performing any service or repair! I´ve been servicing my car here for 6 years and the service has always been great. Their diagnoses are accurate and they do not try to do unnecessary fixes. For an old car, they let you know what will need fixing or replacing in the future and give you advice on when to do the servicing, but they never push servicing if not critical.
