Classes Report

We provide options, so that you can practice yoga in a way + at a time that best serves you. Join us on the first Sunday of each month for two hours of bliss, all for yourself. We use props to support ourselves in long held restorative yoga poses, explore a variety of beneficial breathing techniques, practice meditation and complete with a long IRest yoga nidra.

Teachers Report

I have been practicing yoga since I was a teenager. My first yoga class was in my final year of high school, to help deal with the stress I was feeling at that time. It was truly "love at first class" and the follow-on effect has been a dedicated daily self-practice, that I have kept up ever since.
