One word describes their bread; "Heavenly". I am so fortunate to be able to eat the bread the bake, it is the perfect companion to soup, or really anything. My week is made so much better knowing one of the first stops of the weekend is getting a fresh loaf!

We have been driving from Kingfield every few weeks to pickup the best bread in Maine. We preorder and everything is bagged and ready to go when we arrive. Andre is a fantastic and consistent baker. YUM!

This is by far the best bread I've ever had. I typically get the white baguettes, but the batards are great too! And those rolls....to die for! 😍 Give this place a try; the bread is fresh and delicious (and addicting haha!).

We LOVE this bread! It's all sourdough, do good for your gut! We've tried the multigraun and rye as well as the white baguettes. I think my favorite is multigraun but, I really love them all. A regular loaf lasts us more than a week, but once we wrapped half a loaf very well and froze it. The results were good- still delicious!

Great tasting fresh bread like you get in Europe. Large generous loaves. Currently during COVID pandemic window service only with plexiglass screen. A very safe way to shop.

This bakery is authentic. An amazing resource to the community and excellent, delicious bread, made to order, 6 days a week. Several different types of loads baked to perfection by a Romanian baker. We have actually bought bread and brought it back to Brooklyn NY with us because we like it so much. The owner will bake to order fresh bread. He always sells out, definitely call ahead to order. Very reasonably priced.

Wonderful hidden gem. A fresh baked, hand made, high quality loaf is $4. You will not be disappointed. The first time I bought a loaf, it was still warm. I had to try a piece when I got home. Soooooo good. I would have gladly eaten the entire loaf for lunch. They do sell out, so it don't wait until the last minute!

Each day there is a different kind of bread--and it is all completely fabulous. It's hard to believe that we have crusty bread--just baked and still warm from the oven--made be a lovely baker apparently out of love for the craft--right in downtown Waterville! Thank you, Adrian.
