Most importantly though, we believe the key to effective therapy is finding a psychologist or couples counsellor who you "click" with. Our highly skilled Support Team has an in-depth knowledge of our Melbourne psychologists and couples counsellors' strengths and therapeutic approaches. They have been trained to make sure that you are paired with a psychologist or couples counsellor that suits your needs.

You'll receive our free e-book Finding Your Calm During the Storm: A Guide to Managing Stress. We'll also send you monthly tips for your mental health.

I've seen psychologists at both the Kensington & CBD locations and have had nothing but positive experiences at both. Seeing a psychologist can be a little bit daunting, but the staff at both clinics have made me feel valued and welcome, from the administrators, to the psychologists and practice owner. I highly recommend Inner Melbourne Psychology and have already referred other people their way.
