Services
Our experienced Clinical Team are well educated and remain up to date on the latest insights in medical practice and study and can assure you of the best possible care at your consultation. We are a mixed billing practice. We bulk bill pensioners, Health Care Card holders and children aged 12 and under.
When making an appointment, please let reception know if you need more time than a standard consultation or if you will be bringing another family member so that an appointment will can be made for them as well. Longer consultations are usually required for complicated health problems and completing medical and insurance reports.
We do assist with semi-urgent medical problems which will be dealt with as quickly and promptly as possible. If you are suffering from flu like symptoms you need to call first. Please do not, simply, drop in for treatment. For more urgent or critical cases we require you to call the hospital or in some cases call 000.

Extremely unhelpful and insolent receptionist. Called to try and book a vaccine appointment, something which we all can't deny is of extreme importance, and was spoken to as if I was an inconvenience. Have now called elsewhere and booked. I am always extremely respectful to healthcare workers during this time, so there was no reason for this woman receptionist to hold such immediate contempt and be so rude. This one star is directed specifically to the receptionist care. Chris, I do hope this message, and the many other patients complaints listed below, reaches you. I have never encountered such a rude, unsympathetic, superior worker within healthcare in my life. From booking the appointment by phone to your jarring, needlessly exasperated tones, to being snapped at and berated on arrival, I cannot think of a worse person to be in customer service. Please, forgo this superiority complex which castigates the patient in need, the patient who comes in their most vulnerable state for medical attention

Thank You Electra Park for setting things straight. It's amazing how Melbourne's media got it so wrong. The main fact is clear, you cleverly and strategically handled the problem, took preparatory steps to correct the situation, notified the relevant authorities and restored you practice to all it's professional glory...all of the good work while the media is tearing you down. Shame on the media. Your practice should never have been an excuse to publish fake news with sensationalist journalistic practices.

Brilliant medical centre! I have been going here since a baby. My whole family comes to this clinic even though many of us have moved away, absolutely worth the drive. Dr T is a fabulous doctor, he is kind and empathetic and takes the time to understand your current issue, he is thorough and very professional. I would recommend to anyone :-D

I was attended to by a very rude receptionist today named Chris - she had an awful telephone manner, gave sarcastic remarks when I asked about bulk billing, and was generally unhelpful over the phone. So much so that after I had made an appointment to see the doctor at Electra Park Medical Centre, I called back to cancel it and made an appointment elsewhere. People like Chris should not be working in a customer-facing role, particularly when the customers are patients.
