Move through every plane of motion, with The Body Hub's focus on Progressive Functional Training. If you're committed to changing your lifestyle through exercise and healthy eating, The Body Hub is your "go to". We work closely with you, understanding your life and creating realistic sessions to match your needs.

You can choose to work with us on your own, with a buddy or in a small group. We use functional training and an holistic approach to guide you through your journey, so if you're after motivation, direction and long term results, we'd love to hear from you! I set up The Body Hub to pursue my dream of being able to help provide you with an holistic approach to improving your health and fitness, (both physically and mentally).
Services
Conveniently located on West Street, Umina, The Body Hub provides easy access and all the resources you will need: stationary machines, resistance equipment, weights and facilities, and air conditioning of course. The Body Hub is a friendly boutique fitness space, not an image gym for muscle flexing and high fashion.
On a day to day basis we use functional movement patterns such as pushing, rotating, sitting, hinging, carrying, walking, jumping and so on. These are all natural movements that the muscles in your body carry out hundreds of times a day. The goal of functional training is to help you move, look and feel fantastic by using multi-joints and multi-muscle exercises.
It's obvious, but we'll say it anyway: our individual programs are designed around you - your needs, your lifestyle, your requirements and your goals - weight loss specialist, core strengthening, body toning, general fitness, stress relief and management. At your initial consultation, your Master Personal Trainer will conduct a medical screening, a personal profile, nutrition discussion and goal setting.
Sometimes it's easier to train with a buddy, for confidence, motivation, encouragement and accountability. The Body Hub designs specific buddy sessions to help you both realise your goals. Whether you are friends, lovers or colleagues, we realise that you probably aren't identical and your training won't be either.
It's so important to stay fit and healthy in our older years, especially as these years can bring many delibitating illnesses such as arthritis, diabetes, heart problems and osteoporosis to name just a few! However, you can help to delay the onset of these problems and improve your balance, mobility and general fitness in the process.

As a 50 plus year old male with a young family I knew I needed to improve my fitness but I did not like the intimidation of a mainstream crowded gym atmosphere, when I found Adam & his boutique private studio with personal 1 on 1 training I wished I found him sooner.
Adam understands the needs of mature clients & customises training to individual fitness levels while making training enjoyable, I highly recommend The Body Hub.

I've been getting trained in the body hub for couple of months so far. Adam explains everything very well, and he is very flexible with the time. The flexibility helped me to mange my time better. Also, there's no automatic payment etc. Trustworthy business! I highly recommend the body hub. Would like to give one more star on top of 5! :)

I have been training working with Adam for nearly 1 year now and he is awesome, I have a disability which effects my mobility and stability. I no longer fall over constantly, each month progress is made and our 1 on 1 sessions have made a huge difference to me. 2 years ago my specialist told me I need AFO's , with work and continuing exercise I have managed to put off going into AFO's, thanks to Adam

The 1st day I walked (with a walking stick) into The Body Hub with Adam changed my life. I was born with a Chronic degenerative disease - CMT, my condition had progressed so badly that my specialist told me it was time for AFO's for both legs as well as my walking stick. I was not ready to admit defeat and accept that suggestion. With luck I found Adam at The body hub. 6 Months has passed I see Adam twice a week, I no longer use my walking stick, I am not needing AFO's and I no longer fall over a few times a week. It's a slow long process but I manage each day and include activities I have not

I have been training with Adam at The Body Hub for nearly 5 years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. I lost touch with being active and fit through my 20's but since training with Adam he has helped keep me motivated and on track to staying fit both physically and mentally. If you are looking at loosing a few kgs and help in becoming healthy and having the support to do it,well I can definitely say to anyone this is the place to go the owner Adam spends the time to get you there.I have been going now for the past 6 months and feel great. I've been personal training with Adam at The Body Hub for 3 months now and can't recommend him enough. I've never been sporty or fit and this is the first time I am really enjoying exercising, whilst getting myself stronger and fitter at the same time. If you're looking for a great and knowledgeable personal trainer, then look no further than The Body Hub.

I've been training with Adam now for a month and can already see and feel a difference! He is without a doubt a 5 star PT, so if you are looking for an awesome trainer who is going to challenge you then look no further😁
I love to work outside which is why I was against joining a gym! I look forward to our sessions and most importantly they are fun!!! 😀 never thought that could happen but he is always very positive and his encouragement and pure professionalism is amazing. Each workout is completely different and I'm surprised at my strength as initially I had doubts about what my body could

Even though I'm not near enough to participate, I can honestly say Adam Harris who is the trainer is a brilliant motivator and people person. If you live in the Davidson area, do yrself a favour and get involved if ur looking to get fit. I have witnessed his coaching with sporting teams in the past.
