One of the many unique features we offer at Platinum is our membership options are inclusive, not selective as we believe our members are entitled to enjoy the full Platinum experience by having 24hr access to our premium facility and exclusive services as a part of their package. Our gym floor is equipped with state of the art Technogym free weight, plate and pin loaded machines crafted in Italy.

We know what it is like to want to share your gifts, knowledge and passion with the world and we would love to host your event for you.
All members will be required to scan in before entering the club. We will be closely supervising gym floor usage during staffed hours to ensure we do not exceed capacity. All showers, lockers and sauna will be unavailable to use during restrictions phase in order to minimise physical contact. Alternate cardio equipment has been turned off and certain weights machines are unavailable for use to ensure safety distance are maintained at all times.

Inquired via email about membership, responsive and easy, rock up to the gym to join and am told both questions I asked and they confirmed are not true. Asked if they had a trial they replied with a 30 day promo, when I arrived they said that was for last month... kinda need that info earlier. Asked what termination clause is for 12month contract told 30 days on email but when I am at the gym they tell me 90 days. Either these chaps are poorly trained or just don't know customer service. Kinda stood in the entry of the gym way waiting for them to offer me SOMETHING, but customer service person
