The builders will be installing a device to the exterior of the building called a Mast Climber or Stair Master. It is typically a square frame 600mm x 600mm attached to the building which has a cage attached to ferry goods up and down the facade. This will unfortunately obstruct some view from our 2-bedroom apartments.
We appreciate that first impressions from the outside of the building may be not as you would like, and the apartment may not be as quiet as you expected, for which we apologize in advance.
